Fees

1. The fee payable on submission of an application shall be the appropriate fee in accordance with the Environmental Impact Assessment (Fees) (Amendment) Regulation 2000, as shown in the table below from 22^nd December 2000.

2. The fee payable on submission of each application will not be refunded and should be paid by cheque.
3. All cheques should be crossed and made payable to "The Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region".
